Integrated Management System

Since 2000, Consorzio ZAI has developed a new Business Management System for planning, designing and building infrastructure for production in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard; it has also obtained conformity to the SA 8000:2014 Social Responsibility standard.

In addition, it applies the "Occupational Health and Safety Management System" in accordance with the new UNI ISO 45001:2018 standard, in order to achieve a certified integrated management of the activities carried out with a view to continuous improvement.

From 2001 to 2018, the system was certified by CISE based on the SA 8000:2014 standard, demonstrating the management of its activities with respect for people and social responsibility in business.

Obtaining these certifications is the result of a corporate strategy that pursues high standards of quality and efficiency and is representative of business excellence that, with the Integrated Management System, allows constant control and monitoring of management aspects with the aim of continuous improvement of its activity.

In addition, since 2017 the access control system for the Interporto Quadrante Europa Forwarding Center has been certified in accordance with the NBP IEC 60839-11-1 Standard in class 3 (out of 4); this certification is recognition of the daily commitment dedicated to managing access control: state-of-the-art and constantly updated monitoring systems and procedures allow companies operating within the area to manage their activities with high standards of efficiency and internal security.
